The cover looks nice from what I can tell.
But I still would prefer a bigger version.

They probably didn't put Kakashi or Sakura into it because they have little to no appearances in the chapters this volume covers.
I kinda expected Ino-Shika-Cho or would that be for the next one?
Only one question who's weapon is that behind Darui? (looks like a scythe)
tbh I didn't think of Kinkaku and Ginkaku were grey
Don't know if you tried it yet you can zoom in with Ctrl + Scolling quality is worse but it's easier to see what's in the picture

The gray colouration of the skin is probably what is going to be used to help differentiate between which characters are alive (in the natural sense) and who are 'alive' (in the UN-natural sense)
Also, I think it's cool that Kinkaku and Ginkaku have Gold and Silver hair respectively.
Judging from the chapters it covers up to, I'd say that it was Hanzo's scythe.

It is Hanzou's scythe, and if you look closely, you can see it crossed with Mifune's katana.
I like the cover. Chouji's wings around the title are a pretty nice touch, I think.
