Sakura vs Sasori from Storm 2, since my girl Sakura was putting in that work against those puppets and more. I could find many more I like though, lol

naruto vs pain from storm 2 was the most badass boss battle ive ever seen. cole vs kessler was awesome as well.

Probably The Lich King from WoW, working with 24 other people for weeks to get to this amazing fight. Took a hundred something wipes to finally get him and that was the most accomplished I ever felt playing a videogame. (Plus the best ending cutscene ever)

The final battle with Gannon in Ocarina of Time
Gannondorf was the typical 'tennis' fight but the final battle with Gannon was just epic. Outside in the dark ruins of a castle, lightning and fire all around, Master Sword gets knocked away. It was great.
Kirby Super Star vs MetaKnight
I like the MetaKnight battle here and in other Kirby games because of the duel element. I think it's neat how they made the villain so formal and classy that he offers you a sword.
Master Hand - SSB
Such a simple but clever idea. Having the final boss be a giant hand takes a bit of creativity and is certainly unique.
Can you tell that I grew up with Nintendo? XD

Liquid Ocelot from MGS 4 and The Boss from MGS 3 Better build-up and payoff than Naruto and Sasuke. Mr. Freeze form Arkham City cause you actually had to think to beat him.
