To think I was 9 when Power Rangers first aired. I can still remember the cast of the first season. Heck, I can still remember some of the episodes.

lol I never even caught up to any of the seasons, so I didn't really care that much about the Power Rangers.

Another show that I liked from my childhood is now gone. But with the crap they have been putting out lately, it's been a shadow of it's former self for years. Goodbye and good riddance.

Talk about overstaying your welcome. Some of the absolutely worst television of all time. God, I can't believe I ever watched that dreck. I even dragged my family to see the movie when it came out. Kids are such total bastards.

Gogogogogogo Power Rangers!

Ah man can't imagine what Saturday mornings would have been without them. How badly I wanted to be the red ranger. How I fell in love with the pink and yellow rangers. How much ass I wanted to kick and be like them. How awesome it was when they were when they united and formed the Ultrazords and saved the Earth once again from evil. All those VHS tapes, action figures, video games, Halloween costumes and much more. A good chunk of my childhood was devoted to Power Rangers and I'll never forgot.

And before someone says 'lololol Super Sentai > Power Rangers' sorry but not everyone was a weaboo and watched subbed Japanese shows when they were still kids.

The best series was of course the original Might Morphin Power Rangers.

*comes out of rock* I had no idea that Power Rangers were even still running after so many years. I stopped watching it after whichever season it was that half the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers was replaced... well that season where none of the original crew were rangers anymore! So yea, even as a fan, there was only so much I could take... even at a young age!

I just hope that it gets a nice goodbye after so many years.

Saban made the good Power Rangers. All those great childhood memories of watching the gang in Angel Grove; Jason, Kimberly, Trini, Zack and Billy, and my two favourite characters ever: Bulk and Skull!
How I fanboyed the green ranger, and the disappointment I felt when Tommy returned as the white ranger without the awesome Dragon Zord... yes, I had the dragon dagger!
I even liked Rocky, Adam and Aisha when they showed up to take over the roles of the red, black and yellow rangers when the previous ones retired. Hell, the upgraded Tyrannosaurus of Rocky's was the greatest thing ever!!

I spent more time playing Power Rangers as a kid, than I spend time online now (for those of you who know me, that's saying alot).

*sob*

Oh, the nostalgia hurts my heart.

Anyway, after Disney took over, the american bastardized versions of the awesomeness that is japanese sentai turned to suck. The cheesy stuff in MMPR that made the original so great, failed easily quickly after. It's the Disney-syndrome at it's worst; take a good lisence, and MILK IT DRY!!!

R.I.P. MMPR, and good riddance Disney PR!

I'm probably the only person that weeps for that. Not so much as I would have thought though, I kinda like Dino Thunder and Time Force, but the first season stays the best for me and the rest? Bullcrap smells better than them... Sayonara Power Ranger.

AHH fond memories of PR and Sailor Moon in the morning before school. They are both missed. I have all the Sailor Moon stuff thanks to my GF. But I have no MMPR. Ohh well the funeral was well overdue anywayz....R.I.P

hmm, ah, so nostalgic.... I loved watching it when I was a lil' kid I stopped watching it after beast wars (I think). I was grade 5 at that time, the only reason I stopped was so that I could watch Medabots. LOL
