How did Nickoeleon managed to have Naruto in their magazine? Not to mention Snow White from Disney license and some Cartoon Network characters...

Section 107 of the US Copyright Act provides that "the fair use of a copyrighted work for purposes such as criticism [or] comment is not an infringement''. But it requires a case-by-case analysis rather than "bright-line rules".

Since this a is a parody they are "somewhat" protected. Now Disney and Viz could ask them to stop using their trademarked characters. Nickelodeon could refuse and those companies would then take them to court. They would have to convince a jury that Nick's magazine is confusing the identities of their trademarked characters with the parodies, and irreparable damage has been caused. They'd be only wasting money on lawyers. It's not like they are being used for porn. And Viz probably loves that Naruto has entered American pop culture mainstream.

All I want to know is Milhouse dating Hinata?

I would think that a company like Nick would still pay money and go out of the way to go directly to Disney and Viz and ask permission beforehand. they have the resources and American demographic that Disney and Viz want. they do want most any kind of attention put on them.

I am sorry but their not even in the same show. I mean come on Nick, but I am not be surprised because of Avatar the finale end of course with the coupling and all they had.

Hmmm....obviously Nick Toons don't watch either show, last I remembered Bart was the barely passing, loud mouth kid, who likes to play pranks on everyone.....hmmm...now who does that sound like to you?
