Certain, yes, but immediately? No, "Let's finish this next week" or something? I need rest. I want talk and all especially from Naruto and Sakura because "
Both of us will die," need to be addressed.

I still find it funny how Sakura is the only one out of the rookie 9 that really knows that if Kurama gets extracted from Naruto that he will die. Makes me think more and more about the possibilities of it potentially happening and what that will do to Sakura because she knows that. Especially with chiyo's "next time, protect someone important to you" . Oh kishi why :( I actually don't want Kurama to be extracted from Naruto.

I think the affects will probably be the same as what happened in the OVA maybe. Not a 100% certain, but its a possibility. Plus I'm still cant wait for the cover of volume 66 to come out.

If that happens, it will be a sad NS moment and at the same time a big and important one. It's somewhat heart breaking to see Sakura going through this.

Yeah, as much as I don't want to see naruto get injured or get to that point during this war, I still want to see how Sakura would react to that sort of situation and how big it would be for narusaku.

Well, if it's to see NS moments for the sake of the road to canon and for the sake of the planned plot, it's not wrong. But, it would be wrong just to see NS and that's it. I think that's called selfish

I think life or death situation is going to be in the final battle. Here Naruto is doing his best and will fall down, but not as in a matter of life and death. Life and death occurs at the end of a story. So, his final battle with Sasuke is the most fitted one.

I like the idea of Naruto being placed into a life or death situation. I'm sure it will keep everyone on the edge of their seats and it will surely raise the already high stakes of the war! Yep, the life and death scenario would be interesting and I would love to see how Kishi will handle it if the life and death situation actually happens in the manga.

Yeah I loved to see how he will make it play out, and it'd be nice to see more character development towards Sakura for naruto to be put into the situation.

LadyGT's point is great and maybe Sakura's not interfering because she's busy performing the handseal and healing the alliance? Sure they're fodder to us, but in their world they're real people. Hopefully when Tsunade arrives nothing can hold her back!

Nice chapter. I liked Shikamaru's speech, because it gives me hope that the rest of the alliance will evantually join the battle. That way, we can get some more Sakura action.

I hope the chapter isn't as short as this week's. as for seeing Sakura in action, I'm sure we'll see something from her. I know a couple people talked about the whole Sakura conversation with hinata, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Same, it's not even a conversation. It's just there to let us know that these guys are ok and believe they won. Next chapter, yeah, Obito is going to go all out. The part I'm wondering is where the other "reinforcements" are at.

Now that you mention it, where ARE the other reinforcements? How many chapters has it been since the last time we saw the kages and Orochimaru? Should they have been at the battlefield already? And where's Yamato. Seriously. I miss that little NaruSaku supporter.

If Orochimaru doesn't show up before Gokages, then they went somewhere else, maybe Yamato. I do think he will be ok. Good, because we do need that NS fan. Why I get the feeling by the end of the arc, everyone will be NS fan.

I was reading through some of my favorite chapters and I noticed a difference in Obito's so6p cloak and the actual so6p.

It should be obvious that the two are not identical. I'm not sure if this has any real significance or if it shows Obito is a corrupt(?) version of the sage. Any thoughts?   

 

I also noticed it looked like Saskue used susando (Or however you spell it) to protect Naruto. Thats awfully sweet of him. HAHA.

Good catch al0eaz, I believe it shows that Obito is a corrupt version of the sage. I know it's been only one chapter, but he didn't think of Rin at all this chapter. Normally when Obito is shown in the chapters, he either shows a speech similar to Naruto's, or he thinks about Rin.

But remember sasuke is only protecting Naruto because he wants to kill him on his own.
