But I may have a theory on how the hole "advanced bloodline limit" thing works.
You know how the Fifth Mizukage has two advanced elements and three basic elements (Earth, Fire and Water)? Well maybe the Third Tsuchikage doesn't just mix Earth, Wind and Fire (lol real life band reference
) all together at once, but mixes them together by mixing TWO advanced elements together to form the Dust Style Jutsu. Now about the Fifth Mizukage, what do her two advanced (Lava Style and Boil Style) elements have in common? They both require Fire Style to create the two separate advanced elements while Earth Style and Water Style are only used in either one of the advanced elements or the other. Which leaves me to believe that fire was her first chakra element and her nature affinity. With this in mind try to imagine a picture (similar to Kishimoto's ninja physics that you often see in the manga) of a Human body with three basic elements on it's chest and hands, two advanced elements on top of the arms on the left and right sides and the advanced bloodline limit on top of the head forming an elemental chakra pyramid.
For example, in Mei's case (assuming/predicting that she actually has that advanced bloodline limit thing going on for her), Fire chakra would be on her chest (no sexual innuendos intended), Earth chakra would be on her right hand and Water chakra would be on her left hand. Then when she creates her advanced elements, Lava chakra would be on her right side and Boil chakra would be on her left side. Finally, an advanced bloodline limit which combines Lava and Boil chakra (or Earth, Fire and Water chakra) appears on top of Mei's elemental chakra pyramid. Something like this:
Earth
>-Lava
Fire >-Some kind of cool elemental combination of Lava and Boil
>-Boil
Water
Now for the other example, in Onoki's case, Wind chakra would be on his chest (if his pattern is any indication, Wind would probably be his first chakra element and his nature affinity), Earth chakra would be on his right hand and Fire chakra would be on his left. Then when he creates his advanced elements (depending on if my prediction even becomes a reality), an Earth/Wind chakra would be on his right side and a Wind/Fire chakra would be on his left side. Finally, Onoki's Dust Style (which is in fact Earth, Wind and Fire chakra all rapped up nicely together) will appear on top of his own elemental chakra pyramid. Something like this:
Earth
>-Some kind of advanced element that combines Earth and Wind
Wind >-Dust
>-Some kind of advanced element that combines Wind and Fire
Fire
Now, on with the chapter. I liked seeing all those Kages and I hope we get to see more of them (with the exceptions of the previous Hokages since they were sealed and stuff). I'm very curious about those Cloud Village twin brothers and how they got the Nine-Tails powers as well. I'm thinking the most likely case is they were some sort of pseudo-jinchuriki similar to that Sora guy from that filler arc and that Kishimoto may have helped the anime team by just giving them concepts to work with which he planed to use in the future of his manga. So Zetsu is planning to assassinate the Feudal Lords of the Five Great Shinobi Nations eh? That would be an interesting turn of events for the war. It would also be interesting if the Fifth Mizukage was at the Feudal Lords location for there protection since that could be an interesting battle between her and Zetsu. I believe that the Allied Shinobi Forces efforts will fail do to the fact that the Zetsu army isn't going down so easy.
