I generally eat Dunkin' Donuts if I actually get to have any at all. It's generally more out of necessity than anything else. The closest Krispy Kreme to me I know of is somewhere around Cohoes or Troy. That's a bit too much of a hike for me just or donuts, no matter how good they are.

That said, I do like Kripsy Kreme better, but like I said, it's an accessibility issue. I'd miss them if they went, but I sadly don't have them enough for it to really affect me.

Or... you're not. Because I don't drink it (haven't try it yet).

Now I do believe why Krispy Kreme is going out because of Dunkin Donuts and their sales on coffee. Every damn time I had seen a commericial based on the coffee, not on the donuts and other breakfast/bakery item.

And the only KK that's near me is near campus, and whenever I'm on campus I'm already eating lunch XDDD So I think I'll just stick to mooching off my breakfast hos the Shipley's that's a few blocks from where i live

We could start a non-coffee club or something what with all the people who are actually non-coffee drinkers. I'm surprised since I thought I was the only one and everyone at school lines up to buy coffee at Starbucks or some other place. People usually give me this weird look when I tell them I don't drink coffee XD

And yea... is KK and DD that much of a big deal? I hardly care for name brand donuts. A donut is a donut, that's my philosophy.

Well, not really a big deal, but Krispy Kreme does tend to have better quality donuts overall. It's not serious business or anything though. I'm juuuuust fine with having some Dunkin' Donut's.

Though, I'd argue the donut is a donut philosphy. Grabbing some out of the local supermarket taught me real quick that this is a world where every donut is not created equal. I could break a tooth on some places jelly donuts. I'd swear they coat a freaking rock with sugar and suffed it in the container if I didn't know better. X_x

as someone who makes a living working for a donut shop cooking preparing yummy donuts and other stuff all i have to say is what happened to krispy kreme in Canada was it doesn't matter how good your donuts are if your coffee isn't good people will go elsewhere most of the sales in any donut chain is coffee everything else is a bonus only.

I'll agree with you there. Krispy Kreme needs to start offering more traditional foods that go along with donuts. When I go to Dunkin Donuts, it's for the coffee. XDD

And Darky-love, you're gonna probably want to either cut back on drinking coffee, or stop drinking it period for the duration of your pregnancy, because the caffeine in the coffee is not good for the lil muffin in the oven

Whachoo guys talkin' bout? My mom always ate lots of sugary stuff like cheescake, had caffiene and even went to a Slayer concert when she was pregnant with me! I turned out just fine!

*willfully neglects to mention his favorite types of music or how hyper he was when he was younger* Yup, just fine. >=D

I rarely drink coffee although for different reason to most of you non-drinkers. I don't drink it because it just doesn't have any effect on me since my body have extremely high caffeine tolerance due to my habit of drinking black coffee every morning when I was a child. XD

PS to Dark: I agree with Shauna, no coffee for you until you finish giving birth. Afterall, you don't want to have your child coffee colored when he/she is born.

I don't drink coffee that much. I'm an energy drink kind of guy. What I like to do is mix a Five Hour Energy shot with a BFC of Monster. Keeps me wired all kittening day! But a word of advice, don't drink two BFC's in one day. I did it and I thought I was gonna die. My heart was going a mile a second.
