I saw them about a year ago at the Gigantour. It was them, Job For a Cowboy, In Flames, High On Fire and Megadeth. Damn good show. I loves the metal. \m/

At the Mesa Amphitheater nonetheless.

HOLY CRAP! i was at that show too! i loved it when COB did that cover of that one Journey song. the crazy thing about that weekend was the fact that i was at a Convention at the Mesa Marriott that same weekend, and i saw Dave Mustaine checking out. and to this day, i wish i could have gotten his autograph

The only thing that pissed me off about that show, was the weak ass pit. My god. It is like those kids had no clue what the pit entailed. They actually started avoiding me. Weak...

that reminds me of the time that i saw Heaven and Hell, Megadeth, and Machine Head at Dodge theater, and the idiots that i saw on the floor just standing around during MH's set (mainly when Robert Flynn called out for a circle pit). i came really close to jumping off the balcony and charging all the way to the floor to knock some people around.

You should have, rushing the pit is a time honored tradition. I have hurt my fair share of security guards doing that. Good times. biggrin.gif

i keep telling myself that every time i think about it. but at least i got to see them again at Cricket Pavilion when the Mayhem Festival came through Phoenix in '08, and that time around, the few MH fans that reside in the Valley of the Sun were out in full force that day

I remember when I was still in High School, how much people crapped on Machine Head. I loved them personally. Still have a shirt I bought at a concert I went to back when I was 16. 10 years ago
