Captain Lou Albano, one of the greatest Pro Wrestling managers of all time who is most known for playing Mario on The Super Mario Bros. Super Show passed away at the age of 76. I grew up watching The Super Mario Bros. Super Show and seeing Albano as a manager in the old WWF, he will be missed.

RIP Captain Lou Albano

I thought he was already dead. This is surprising.

Good Ol' Mario. He'll be missed for sure.

Only the hardest of badasses could have survived such a terrible show. I can only he assume he died beating an alligator to death with a grizzly bear.

I prefer to think of him doing this.

Though seriously, RIP.

Not Captain Lou! D:

I actually remember him more in the context of wrestling than I do his role as Mario in that series.

True great person has passed on a great wrestler/manager and the wreltler who got wrestlers into the pop culture world (but we won't him for that) by starring in all those Cyndie Lauper videos and all the TV shows he was in. I remember him in the Super Mario Bros. Show and his wrestling years all them years ago. Smooth sailings Lou and God speed may your soul rest in peace.

I happen to be a very strong supporter of NarutoxSakura pairing. I really enjoy wildlife and the outdoors. I'm a gamer I guess...yeah, okay, I am. Let's see, what else could I put down...um, I love reading, writing, and biking too. Comedy movies are the best...um yeah. Kind of a weak interests section, but whatever.

Ah, yes, I guess I should mention that my stories are also able to be viewed on fanfiction.net. You can find me under the name Denim88 on there too.

Man, Captain Lou. That brings back some fond memories. That show was one of my favorites way back when. biggrin.gif

Rest in peace, Captain Lou. Thanks for everything.

Gimme a break, 'kay?
