Yay and the entire series is coming out on DVD on my Birthday too! Now if only Dexter's Laboratory would come out on DVD....

Well.... They've been airing PPGZ here for like a month now... and i can tell you this. PPGZ is a wierd show. For one thing it happens in Tokyo.... Also... the character designs for the professor, the mayor etc are totally wierd.... Also.... many of the villains meet the girls for the first time in the show even though they've battled them countless times in the original. Its as if PPGZ is an alternate universe sequel to the original. And to be honest.... It just sucks.

They will screw it up.
That is the only thing they can do.
They did it to Dexter, they did it to Samurai Jack, and they will now do it to PPG.
Cartoon Network isn't worth anything anymore.

Now if only we could see some Dexter's Lab, and some of the older shows! That Cartoon Network Fusion Fall had me thinking some of the older cartoons were coming back - I mean, I was still surprised just to see Dexter leading them all... and it had me freaking out for a moment. Couldn't help but wonder if it might become it's own series? (Can't help but be curious xD) Well, now that we have Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup and the Professor coming back on the air for one more run -even though its already on Boomerang- we might have some hope!

That's because it's a total re-imagining of the whole show, Anime-style. Heck, the 3 aren't even related to each other.

Same here, PPGZ while it had good animation it had none of the spirit of Craig McCracken and Genndy Tartarovsky's original cartoon.
