Time to set our clocks forward again.

Jeez. Time really does fly by fast, better get ready for March 8th!

Oh great... it's the time of year again to lose an hour of sleep. As if we aren't sleep deprived already XD Good thing this isn't happening during my finals week otherwise that'd be awkward and terribly painful to miss the test >.>

... It's an hour. Is it really that difficult to adjust to? I mean, the only problem I tend to have is resetting all of the clocks in the house. I always manage to miss one.

Not really, but I love my sleep. And I always seem to forget about the time adjustment for the first couple of days until I look at a clock or something.

Well, depending on the season last year, everyone felt that DLS was too short... so they made it longer from March 8 towards November.

Well on the bright side now ALL of my clocks will say the same thing, it's a lot more time saving to just change the ones you actually look at multiple times. I was tired of randomly finding out I actually had an extra hour to do what I want after rushing to do something because of those gotdeng time machinacheems.

In america anyway...

Over here, we swap the last sunday in march, and back the last sunday in october. So in 2009 for us, daylight saving time starts March 29th!

I'm really looking forward to it. That means I'll have more daylight when I get home from work. I just bought some supplies to work on the flowerbeds I installed last year.

That's really the only thing that I like about Daylight Saving. That extra hour. Because in South Florida that extra hour actually equals two hours, because normally it gets dark around here around 6pm, but with Daylight Saving it doesn't start getting dark until 8pm, so we basically get 2 extra hours of daylight out of the deal :3

I just dislike Daylight Saving when it switches back, and I lose that extra 2 hours of sunlight

Yes. You get that extra hour of sunlight (fine by me which means I can get home without any trouble, well... mostly because here in Newark, we ARE crazy.)
