Absolutely loved this chapter. Loved the ObiRin at the end. I really hope Kishi makes Naruto the Hokage. After this chapter, if he does any less, It would've been for nothing.

The chapter was out a little earlier than it has been lately, that's good. Hopefully it'll keep coming out around this time.

boring chapter. We all expected the ending - Obito would meet Rin who was waiting for him in the afterlife, but with the appearance of his thirteen year old self. He'd look remorseful, but she'd tell him it's okay... yeah. It was a nice moment, but I expected that exact scene so I'm just like "meh" about it. Also, "you always did your best"? Well, I guess she's not wrong but... lmao. Hopefully there's more action and plot movement next chapter.

Sakura's hair looked a little like Rin's this chapter. Especially towards the end when she said Naruto in her head.

Now to look forward to that movie teaser on Thursday.

Man, I usually don't get this emotional over a chapter, but Obito... he didn't deserve to go out like that. At least he got redemption in the end and that's what matters. Thanks to him, Naruto and Sasuke had a fight chance, and now Kaguya will experience what happens when you make Naruto pissed off..

"The coolest guy"? Come on Naruto, he was far from the coolest guy... he killed a bunch of people. good people.
Kakashi is way cooler.

I wish Obito had talked at least a little to Kakashi. I know that Naruto changed him and all but... sigh.

But those pages where Obito tells Naruto to become Hokage at all costs, and then he crumbles apart... And Naruto, tearing up, says, "yeah!!" Those were nice, tear jerking.

687 good riddance, Obitio. Geez Louise, FINALLY. Pretty boring chapter tbh, only thing noteworthy is Naruto shredding off the Rabbit Goddess' arm. Hopefully this leads to something...interesting, because that Kaguya/Zetsu dynamic is dull af. Also, major facepalm at that "coolest guy" line.

Haha! I love how Sasuke is always talking to/treating Naruto like he was his b*tch. He always looks like jealous and possessive man over his girl when it comes to Naruto. Always like “Stop caring about this useless people, stay with ME!” Haha!

 

Joke aside. Touching moment and good ending for ObiRin, even if I have to admit I feel the same as Hiraishin: this ending was expected since Obito revealed his true identity back to a hundred chapters ago.

 

And also, relieved that Kakashi won’t die. At least going by what Obito said.  

 

And one last note: Naruto and “the coolest guy” thing… Meh, he wasn’t the coolest guy when Neji died or when Jiraya died because Pain was manipulated by Obito, was he Naruto? Though I love Obito, he’s still one of my favorite characters.

I loved this chapter, I just loved the ObiRin moment (or should I say confirmation?) at the end.

 

It's a shame that Obito didn't at least mentally make a Rin=Sakura Parallel, but then again, NH and SS are already on life support and Kishi can't just pull the plug yet lest he lose some readers before the end.

 

anyway can't wait until next week.
