Wow. Its been a while since I commented on this thread. In any case, I have started my fantasy series, which can be read completely for free on Wattpad.com under D.T.Reutlinger if you're interested in reading it. I have also posted the opening act of the story in the writing thread on this site, titled as "Mages of the North". I'm very curious to hear some of your opinions on it, especially regarding the main characters.

The lead female will be entering the story within the next few chapters, which is the main reason I'm writing in this thread again. As the topic says, I am recreating NaruSaku to the best of my ability without it being the exact same pairing. I have an idea of how I'd like to proceed with her character and have her personality pretty much down to the wire. In Naruto, Sakura started off hating Naruto but grew to care for him as the story went on. This story will be a little different from that point of view since the three characters of the main cast because they're meeting on neutral plates. She has no reason to hate them and the two boys are having a major culture shock from the world outside of what they knew.

I just want to get some opinions on major plot points for NaruSaku. Things that should be similar in contrast but still their own in Mages of the North.

So far I have a similarity to the Chunin Exams

The Promise of a Lifetime

The broken arm at Ichirakus'

The Pain Fight

And that's about it. If there's anything else you want me to add in this is the place to tell me so I can consider it. Anything and everything goes for suggestions and I'd be happy to talk with you guys about the story if you have any questions. Just ask me here or send me a PM. This is pretty much all I'll be using this site for from now on. I hope to speak with some of you regarding this topic soon!

Cheers!
