I honestly wasn't expecting that for this chapter. I was expecting some more fighting, but to see Kaguya cry like that... it seemed weird, but I suppose she might have some humanity left in her, and Black Zetsu... who knew he was behind everything. It explains a lot, but I kinda see it as a half ass explanation for certain things still.

So Kaguya is now Aizen? This plot is getting really weird and confusing.

Hah, Sasuke failed. So much for the "great leader." Even with the new power he is useless. I don't really have alot to say about this chapter.

Also, I called it. I knew Hagoromo and Hamura had to fight their mother. It explains the white zetsus and no doubt the Gedo Mazo was definitly Kaguya. Seem even the ten-tails spawned from her.

No wonder they're so screwed up. Great chapter though why is Kaguya crying, I thought she wanted to take over the world and drain her sons?

That's why I said that she's creeping me out. I think we can even put Kaguya as a twisted vendetta/psychopath, maybe?

Lol, knowing how Kishi originally wanted a yaoi I think their  fusion might be a little more like this.

Well it all makes sense now, backstory chapter solved many questions all at once, one part creepy, another just his freakish black zetsu is, this has really set the stage and just shows kagyua is insane, that's some messiah complex she has, oh boy this is going to be an intense fight. Still wonder what obitos role will be though since he is still around even seemingly dead, he will wake up sooner or later.

I hope most of the back story is done. Zetsu explained how they got to the state they're in, but not much on Kaguya's back story and I'm thinking there's a possibility that Hamura will get more relevance, since he was shown. But other than that, I hope we don't get several more chapters of it.

 

However, that Madara/ Hashirama meat thing was gross.

Uchiha's getting passed around like a bucket of chicken. Kaguya still looks creepy with Tears, and no Sakura this chapter. Boring chapter.

Speaking of that, I wonder if we will see some short scene of what's happening on Kakashi and the other's side. Like them wondering what is happening to Sasuke and Naruto or even seeing if Obito is really dead or not.

They just keep revealing one orchestrator after another who happened to be pulling the strings of someone lower on the pole. Madara, Tobi, Akatsuki, Indra, even the Jubi... It all leads back to this underhanded, egocentric being that fancies herself as the forebear of everything related to the world's conflicts and chakra. It's sounding more and more like Kishi is trying to skirt around the issue of culpability for anyone who ever did anything wrong (except for people like Gatou whose motives continue to be centred exclusively on wealth and authority for their personal benefit).

 

What an odd chapter that was. Expository conversations aside, Kaguya looked creepy, almost inhumane on that last page. So now there's a potential parallel between Naruto, Sasuke, Hagoromo, and Hamura. Well hopefully there's something to be gained from it besides symbolism and some bad recollections from Kaguya.

As far as we know you'd be correct in that assumption, but I'd still like some more backstory on her anyway. She seems to hate Hagoromo's guts for some reason, I'd like to know more about their relationship. Besides how many naruto villains are true bad guys?

Rather, the chapter does explains lots of things that was left hanging. One crazy mother I would say. I'm fine that Sakura was not in here, otherwise this chapter will come out with 30++ pages if Kishi wished to cramp everything up. Well, not a bad thing if it occurs, though  .

Maybe. I'm wondering why she did not take the chakra back from them when they were just infants? Instead it takes her much longer until the both of them grow-ups that she decided that they are not worth of the power, she want it all by herself. And now we know, The "Ramen Uncle" Puppeteer of all villains originated from Black Zetsu.

so now zetsu i behind everything, (madara was at least you know, charismatic and powerful). Black zetsu has the mastermind??? Well I understand the logic explain in the story but I don't agree with it, should have keep madara as the Darth Sidius behind it .
