Agreed. I'm too attached to this Manga to let a simple thing such as losing my favorite pairing keeping me from reading it.

To be perfectly honest, as long as it was done well, I wouldn't mind so much...

Now if it was done poorly via flashbacks of conversations where they show that NaruHina fall for each other, I'd drop the manga and the anime and just keep playing the games and reading fanfiction.

I mean imagine if you want to Naruto returning to Konoha and then Hinata runs into his arms and kiss him. Then after that, they explain that they have been going out after her confession and they went on many dates before he went off to convince the Raikage to not want to kill Sasuke and somehow she consoled him when he told Hinata about Sakura's confession and how Sakura hurt him.

In this case, I'd blow a gasket and pretend that from then on, nothing happened in the Naruto universe and it just disappeared.

I seriously dislike it when they decide to explain a sudden change through flashbacks. It makes events seem meaningless and we get stuff like "comic book death" where we find people (like Captain America) who apparantly death doesn't really want to hold onto them! Sorry just got a rant about that as I find it infuriating that the emotions the characters go through are cheapened by constant revivals.

Just imagine if Asuma came back to life suddenly and they explained it like it was an advanced shadow clone that died and he didn't rally die only to get burned to a crisp 50 chapter later only to reappear 30 chapters later saying he kawarimi'ed a nearby log and collapsed from exhaustion stating it took him that long to recuperate and now he's back.

It would make the next time he dies a "so what" condition. Like wolverine, when he dies, it's like huh... wonder when he'll be back instead of wow he's dead. Anyhow once again I apologize for the rant.

My answer is no, I'd continue reading the manga. Frankly, not only am I a NaruSaku addict but a Naruto in general addict as well. Sure I'd feel like barfing at the NaruHina parts, but hey. "When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade." I have no idea what I meant when I said that, I just felt like sounding all wisdomy.

As of right now, the manga has definitely gotten my interest and even if it were to be NaruHina, I would not quit the manga just because of that, but I'd be very sad.

As I also said to Ani, I am afraid that Saku may return back to Sasuke after Naruto's reaction to her confession. But i suppose that she is smart enough to see the truth and take the right decision.

One thing I hate seeing in stories is how people will think that once Sasuke is back Sakura will go back to him and in some instances Sakura actually cheats on poor Naruto with Sasuke.
