i admit that this arc has slightly inspired some possible FF ideas based around exploring NaruSaku in the various AUs presented.

I doubt it they are milking the anime as much as they can.

They'll probably do some pseudo version of The last for her IT dream, and change it so that she saves the shinobi world and is praised by all, while her real IT dream will just be shown at the last second, so that she doesn't look as shallow and narrow minded as she's presented to be in canon.
But, hopefully, because of the last, they've come to realize that Hinata doesn't sell at all in Japan, so they won't go too overboard. I mean, I expect high quality animation for her as always, but I hope it's nothing like that BS filler, where Hanabi was idolizing Hinata the whole time. Although, I won't hold my breath.

I hoenstly personaly expect hinatas filler to be a full 2 episode hinata extravaganza where shes show resiting the IT to the bitter end bravely pushing aside her feelings for Naruto and fighting gallantly for the shinobi world before finally tragically sucumbing to narutos charms. add in some ridiculous filler about Naruto inside sasuke susanoo getting some feeling fo connection to Hinatas dream and going something bads happening to hinata
