I LOVED the first original The Fast and The Furious movie, starring Vinsel. It is such a cult/mainstream classic! wow.png

2 Fast 2 Furious...oh gawd someone gag me DDX
2F2F was just completely pointless to me, and The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift was only marginally more interesting >.<

But now Fast and the Furious, the 4th movie in this series reunites the old cast, AND OMG IT LOOKS SOOO GOOD! I want to watch it NOW! a_spaz.gif

I know! I am such a fast and hot car junkie, you wouldn't even believe it! XD

The original Fast and The Furious movie was like joygasmic for me, and to see the old cast reunited again VIN DIESEL 8D just makes me sooo dang excited and thrilled! wow.png

You shoulda seen me in the movie theater when I saw the preview. I was like, "Dude!!! Are you seeing this!?!?! I can't wait man!!". I was like yelling that with my buddies when we all saw the preview. sweatdrop.gif

Remake?

To be honest, I only watched the first one. Is there some kind of story conecting all of the movies, or does it work as a stand alone flick.

I'm looking pretty forward to it. I really enjoyed the first two, but I was very disappointed with Tokyo Drift. So I'm glad to see the old crew returning.

It's actually not a remake at all. It's called an interquel. It's set between the 2nd and 3rd movie happy.gif

I enjoyed the first one. But then I didnt like part 2, and I didnt even bother seeing Tokyo Drift sleep.gif . But im glad the orginal cast will be in this one, so I think it has a shot at being a decent film.

You can't appreciate nice cars just cause they stick Nitrous Oxide in there.

I don't watch it just for the NOS, whether you were referring to people 'like me' or not. I love it for the gorgeous designs of the cars, what's under the hoods whether they have NOS or not, and the characters.

Seem interesting enough... to be honest, I only watch F&F to see some racing action and the cars design. I could careless about the NOS and all that BS. I prefer drift than NOS anyway.

I still have to see the first movie. Oddly enough, while I like cars well enough, I've never been big on movies centered around them. The original Gone in Sixty Seconds has generally been the exception.

I probably passed on it so far because of Vin Diesel; dudes far from my favorite actor.

I'm more a classic car man, myself. I like the old ones. Got a '71 Pontiac LeMans that's been kept in stellar condition. Used to have an '81 Z28 Camaro too, but the floorboards literally rotted out on that one, so it was more or less worthless.
