Seriously both 699/700 have far to much mistakes in every sense. It's hard for me to take it for granted!

 

The point I already made. Why don't we have none visual confirmation of NH/SS? Yet we got one for Shika/Tema, Choji/Karui and Ino/Sai!

 

Because no Panel time. 

They needet space for the ugly Kids, to promote the new mini series.

Maybe they also thought whiskers are enough or that it would be a too big shock for the Fanbase to see Hinata actually having a real conversation with Naruto ...

Anyway, one thing that still could be good for us is that Sakura is suspiciously absent from all of this. There's no way that she's not the heroine. I refuse to believe that. I really hope that they're covering something huge up with her. 

of course they're covering up because it's not just sakura that they're hiding, but also other characters too. sakura is listed as the second lead, yet look at how they're promoting hinata. it's way too obvious at this point.

Yeah something shady here ... didn't someone make mention in fake spoilers about memory loss on Hinatas part? What if Naruto somehow loses his, it could explain why he seems so ooc in chapter 700.
What if Toneri does in fact possess a BS jutsu to erase feelings of love from memory (sounds more like Sailor Moon to me but whatever) and Naruto protects Hinata from it getting hit himself. Poof, there goes Sakura, any love he held for her and rejection that may or may not have transpired etc. Convienient plot device to asspull a pairing? Yeah I put nothing past them at this point but it just may serve to our favor as well. Could explain sadness exhibited in all the pics, Hinata knows Naruto is "with her" because he's forgotten about Sakura.
Haha we may just have things backwards maybe Hinata is trying to help Naruto remember his "first love" thus being able to help him. I have a faint shred of hope left at least thanks to so many positive individuals on this thread !!

looking at this poster I felt goose bumps but those people theat ar advertising the film try to produce as much money as possible so I would not be surprised if I saw a poster saying that naruto loves hinata secretly since he was little

Unless they're both supposed to realize their romantic arcs in parallel and they actually won't have anything to do with one another, beyond just being on the same team.   Great, now I'm depressed again. 

 

Was the marketing for RtN this bad, by any chance? I mean, I know how much it misled people, but how does it compare?

Damn. When they place all of Hinata's outfits next to each other, her last one really looks so out of place. They didn't leave her in a jacket or at least pants, instead opting for a copy/past of Sakura's outfit in a different color. SP can go screw itself. I really hope this movie flops, not just because of the messed up pairings, but because it's gonna single handedly ruin 15 years of development for a freaking mini series, that I hope tanks as well.( If the movie really does support nH/Ss.)

 

With each new piece of information, they are twisting the knife deeper and deeper into the Naruto manga that many grew to love. Even with all it's flaws and annoying habits, it still made enough sense to keep people interested in it.( or it's characters.) But, these last two chapters and this movie, basically connect with zero percent of the original story, to the point where, every Naruto movie before it looks canon.

 

Don't get me wrong, I still believe somethings up. The 'final' Naruto chapter had the most errors ever seen, it completely dropped off several characters and made the remaining cast OoC, and SP is only advertising Hinata/nH, without even giving us something on the other members of T7, the villain, or even, I don't know, the world that's suppose to be ending. It's like they're only catering to nH/Hinata fans, while saying " kitten you" to the people that actually cared about the plot and liked other characters.

 

If this is just a cover up, I will take my hat off to them, because that is the biggest troll I have ever seen. But, if they are really trying to sell this garbage to Naruto fans, then I hope many call kitten on them and never waste their money of Kishi ever again.
