Isn't it ironic that the new Twilight film will have fur and claws too?
I'm stoked. Werewolves aren't my favorite monsters to see but the transformations if done right are down-right cooler than any other monsters really. I enjoyed the original so I'm glad they kept the design similar to the Universal treatment. Now if they can just get the Creature from the Black Lagoon film going again...

I'm only familiar with a Black Lagoon anime (which didn't have werewolves, but those two vampire twins...). There is a movie with a similar title??

Oh no. I was referring to another Universal Studios monster. Sorry.

Ah, bet you also didn't know that this film is inspired by, if not a remake (can't remember), of the original Universal Studios the Wolfman from the 1940's, whom also made the classic Frankenstein (1931), Dracula (1932), and the Mummy (1932) and... Van Helsing (2004)? Yes, it's true. That last one was made by the same studios. Hardly as good, definitely not a classic, but it was still fun.
