What character change or swap would you guys like to see in an alternate Naruto storyline?

 

For me, it would be Hinata with more confidence, almost like her RTN self but calmer, a very strong fearless, almost cold hyuga heiress lol and a red haired Naruto uzumaki

 

I would also like to see how team 7 would be like if Ino was chosen instead of Sakura, a shadeless Shino with more to say, and Sasuke if his clan hadn't been wiped out

I'd like Sakura to be the protagonist and get rid of romance from the series completely. It's turned into such a mess.

I want both Naruto and Sasuke to get rid of their bromantic desires for each other and start to show more interest in women. And I would want Jiraiya to still be alive.

Like the OP I want Road to Ninja Hinata and Sasuke. I also want pervy Neji and goofy Shikamaru

Naruto's parents and some Sasuke's family to be alive. Also I would give Naruto a red haired, purple eyed twin, with Minato's personality.

 

And I would not have any of the girls liking someone until later in part two, after they focus on their ninja training and get to know the guys they supposedly like.

 

I'd want Sakura to actually be treated like the heroine and a main cast member. Sasuke would be placed on an Uchiha team and Naruto's twin would take Sasuke's place on Team 7.

 

Kakashi would actually give a damn about his students training from the start.
