So is Kakashi technicly the 7th Hokage now or the 6th or is the 5th still around but just in a comma?

Kakashi isn't "officially" Hokage; he's just a replacement for the time being. Tsunade IS in a coma, but I don't know if she'll come out of it (?)

Danzou never was officially elected through the jounin vote and like Shippuen-girl said Kakashi is just a substitute for the time being. We will know in the village if Kakashi wants to accept it or not, but i have my doubts he will, it would be OOC without IchaIcha tactics reading time.

Kakashi is more like the Vise-President to Hokage. He is not the leader leader, but if something happen to the president, the vise-president would take over.
Whether this is permanent or not is whether he wants it.

Not enough time to do so, always filling out paper work, accepting foreign mission job requests, and hand picking the right ninja for the job.

The shadow clone jutsu is the best weapon Naruto has when he becomes Hokage. He can be in a million places at the same time. One can be eating ramen the other filling papers at the Hokage office, another one can be training his genin team, another can be having a date with Sakura and so and on.

What are you talking about?
This is Naruto were talking about here the guy has so much stamina and chakra he will never get tire, at least he will have time and energy to be with Sakura.
