crazy - I don't remember that page. That starry-smiled, Guy Lee-patented, good-guy pose floating behind Pakkun's head makes it look like something imagined by either Pakkun or Naruto, rather than Kakashi's real face. 

 

Anyway, after how the series ended up, sorry but I don't think Kishimoto's deep enough to create long-range things like Kakashi's face design intentionally. Might have been just a throwaway image Kishi returned to and made realistic - this validates his ability to plan ahead, without him actually having to do anything.
