I personally found what happened to Apachi kind of cheap, it would be much more dramatic if he died for real, it's like he can't really die because he is an main character.

Just finished watching all 50 episodes currently available. A fun series, if a little on the LOL crazy side.
Only major dispaointment was a lack of resolution between Miu and Kenichi at the end, but given this is an on going series and their may be more episodes well see if a new season comes.

Bad time for the manga atm.. Mangastream will stop scanlating it as of this week cause some person that is close to the manga has asked them to stop. So there is no other scanlator for this atm this means it will probably take a while until we get new chapters Q_Q

Recently discovered it, myself. The DVDs don't run as long as the manga, which is still ongoing... but isn't available in the U.S. as far as I can tell. Scanlations are available, however, and updated regularly.
You haven't experienced the full cofusion of modern gender relations until you've heard an angry group of women yelling, "We want tentacles!" at an all-night Hentai-fest.

Watched the anime a while ago and never got to read the manga till the end now I'm hoping they'll continue it at some point. 's not going to be the case I think

It sounds as if the last scanlation group I was following this through has discontinued their translations. Does anyone know if anyone picked up Kenichi after Chapter 464 -- preferably a downloadable version? (I like reading it from my laptop, which isn't always able to connect to the 'net)

Saw an OVA of history's strongest disciple kenichi last night. It takes place after the last episode of the anime. Don't know if it's apart of the ongoing Manga or just a separate story. But I enjoyed it.

There's supposed to be another episode coming out in... June, I think it was? At any rate, this appears to be a little bit of filler between the Ragnarok arc and the introduction to the YOMI arc (or rather, this is an alternate introduction of the YOMI arc). Decent enough.
