Well it depends on whether Gotoge sensei wants to continue the series past Muzan. If so then I can see the series running longer, but of course it is always that when a manga runs past its initial concept that even more over the top story elements have to be employed just to continue, Fans start revolting and saying the series has lost its magic, so it is always a "double edged sword" so to speak.

 

Now I have an idea in mind should the series contniue even if they kill Muzan. Maybe the blue spider lily that turned Muzan into a demon is not from the natural world and is in fact a "demon flower" and then the story revolves around demons that are stronger and more ancient than him, plus they also come from the "world" or dimension that grew the blue spider lily. And another thought; Maybe if Nezuko turns back into a human she will undergo Demons slayer training too.

 

That's my wish though. lol

I am agree with the first paragraph. In the second I think Nezuko has to become human in the end series, but if Gotoe continue the story better she has to keep her demon form more, but little by little returning herself person.

Like your idea showing that Muzan isn't the final villain. Maybe after defeating him there could be a 1 to 2 year time skip as Tanjiro,, Zenitsu, Innosuke and Kanao have become Pillars. Nezuko too becoming the first demon Pillar.

yeah some were speculating from the image of Muzan with a sword in his head that someone (tanjiro picked up a dead member's sword and threw it at him Anyway I look forward to next week. it's getting exciting I want to see everyone escaping though

I have a feeling Nezuko will save him. He might become a half breed (half human half demon like Inuyasha).

Hmm Well that  idea seems interesting, But maybe he overcomes the poisn himself, and Nezuko again turns human and becomes a demon slayer too lol. That is what I wish for but the idea of Tanjiro turning into a demon if only partially is interesting too.  I wonder though will fans bemoan and complain about Nezuko turning back into a complete human. I feel that some if not a lot will

On a side note, fanfox.net uploaded 2 translations of the chapter. One, I believe was just someone (or more) kittening around and the proper one was listed as 185.1
