I was just thinking of a random agricultural state for a comic effect

 

Lucky, we don`t have a REAL comic/manga/movie (geek supplies) store in the country. I have to get my stuff online :(

Actually, NYC has pretty good amount. Well, comic ones. Manga, there are few, but they are crowded. The Japanese bookstore is one. I would like to share photos, but it has no photo policy. Or maybe it was only on manga. I don't know. It has its own floor and it's nice. Even got official soundtracks. I haven't met one that is like fanboy but then again, perhaps Comic Con I will find one. I am planning to go this year. I'll see. I could have found out, if I went to screening of Movie 6, the one with Naruto and Sakura want to save Kakashi. Won't that be a joy to watch.

You are at a manga store. Just chilling checking out a chapter. Then you quetly comment on NS. Before you know it some random people jump out with sticks Yelling DEATH TO THE NS. You take cover when you`re being pulled avay by a different group of people yelling GET HIM OUT OF HERE, HES ONE OF US. Before you realise there`s full-blown war in the store while you are being evacuated to the NS bunker. The shop was later demolished by the battle and five NS operatives were sufferning from exposure to overused arguments.

 

And that is why the shipping wars stay online. So people don`t get hurt. Or hunted down.

Actually, I may do that on purpose and see anyone would react. Not trying to find a fight but sometimes, you can find a friend. That said I wonder the reaction would be. Maybe a glare could happen.

I've actually had something like this happen before. I was writing a NS fanfiction in the lobby of a hotel on a trip and some girl was apparently reading the paper over my shoulder. Suddenly I hear this whisper:

 

"Good God, he's one of those stupid NS fans"

 

I just look over my shoulder and say, "Really?"

 

She just glared at me and walked off. 

 

Sad part is, this was before I even knew about the pairing wars lol. I didn't have high speed internet yet, so I had to read the manga at the library when I came to town lol.

I went there a couple months ago for my high school senior trip. I come from a small farm town, so I didn't really mix in quite well lol. Everything just looked the same to me.

It's cool. I It's just the way it is when leaving hometown or state or even country. You just have to learn to adapt to it. No such thing as this place is this or that. Just how we adapt. Thanks for sharing though.

actually big cities have a totally different vibe than small towns. I live in a big city and whenever people from other towns come in Bucharest it's almost unreal what they see. And they don't have positive reactions to it.
