So, are the panels above from the manga or from fanarts? It doesn't look like a production grade quality...

Is that lady who looked like Scooby-doo character (Velma?) supposed to be Hinata?

It's fanart. But the actually manga isn't far from this one.

The parody looks more entertaining though...

I meant no disrespect to Scooby-doo characters, on the contrary I found all of Scooby-doo characters are loveable. But I think I'm not the only one who noticed the similarities (the haircut, the skirt, the turtle neck, etc).
