It's been almost two years I'm forgiving kishimoto and going to give him another chance and I'm trying to accept ss and nh I'l never love them as I love ns but maybe I can just accept it

Well now I know I can't trust in kishimoto to write romance and I'll not ship anything from his new manga

Quite honestly, right now my answer would be no.

 

He spent almost 15 years building up the story and characters for Naruto, then proceeded to throw all that work out of the window.  He didn't just destroy his own work, he also destroyed the trust many readers had placed in him.  He also compounded his mistakes by lying to the fans in interviews afterwards, and he couldn't even keep his cover story straight.

 

I would only give him another chance if he did genuinely regret his actions and he put every effort into writing a good solid story... and didn't sell out again.

No, I don't trust him and even if that trust were to be restored I don't think I'll ever be exctited for his works again.

But I'd advice anyone who's hesitating to at least wait until it's done. It might start off as good, but remember Naruto was once good as well.

I don't think romance was the cause of his fall, it was a consequence. His mistake was listening to others and being to easily affected, by both the fanbase and his coworkers. The manga went on for too long, he grew tired of it and I believe he's wanted to quit for a while.

I'd let someone else bit the bullet first. If someone whose judgment I trust signed off on it not sucking I might give it a go. However, even if Naruto didn't turn into a dumpster fire I'd only be moderately interested since I only have a mild interest in sci-fi.
