My heart was racing with the adrenaline rush. I felt fear with the mixture of excitement shooting the zombies. As just like any zombie apocalyptic story, the ghoul's brain must stop functioning into order to put them out of their misery. I long since ran out of ammo. I founded a discarded, wooden baseball bat in an alley.

 

These walking corpses smelt so foul and putrid that it was too difficult to breath when approaching any mob, especially, when the gusts and winds moved against you. The VR requirements that I need to put down 1000 walkers. So far, I'm on my fifty-seventh kill. I was gasping. So tire just swinging my bat around a sprinting.

 

I leaned against the fence when I arrive at a basketball park full of corpses. The streets were jammed with accidents and abandon vehicles. A street had multiple police cars the were either wrecked in an accident or exploded just recently. In some of the police cars were dead police officers. All this just reminds me of all the Resident Evil games.

 

I continued on after catching my breath. I avoid walking near prone corpses that still had their heads intact. Last thing I needed on my mind was a suspense jump scare of having a corpse coming to life and catch me off my guard.

 

It seems I spoke too soon when I heard the calls of angry flesh eating zombie, roaring throughout the city. Level 2 zombies were moving faster than normal. They were not sprinting, more like a jog towards me. My complexion became paled. I ran for my life, discarding the bat. The zerg started chasing me by the hundreds.

 

I don't know how to hot wire a car or a truck as most abandoned vehicles in good condition never had keys in the ignitions. Bad luck. I was forced out of the city and onto the Brooklyn Bridge. There was a massive car accident build up that it made impossible to walk through the freeway. To navigate through the wreckage, I climbed up on the roofs of the vehicles.

 

Several hour passed and the sun was started to set as I got a notification from the AI that I must head to the nearest safe zone before sunset or it would be too late to seek shelter for the night. I follow the way points of my virtual map. And by 7 pm, I gotten to that location witch was a abandoned hotel. And I was surprise to see some was waiting for me.

 

My eyes twinkled weary. I had no idea that you'll enter the VR training too.

 

“Took you long enough. I waited half a day. You are too slow, Chicky” You snared angrily at me. “Get cling up and meet me in the lobby tonight. And don't be late or you'll pay the consequences,” Your eye became cold as ice.

 

Whatever! I said to myself and did not respond. I growled and sighed as you ushered me in.

30 minutes later, I arrived at my room (one of the vacant abandon hotel rooms). I surveyed the room. Nothing out of the ordinary, but a luxurious room. After all, this was a five-star hotel. Truth to be told, this was my first time I ever been inside a five-start hotel. I sighed as there were luggage and a note, stating for me to dress up.
 
I sighed and was about to start stripping when a knock on the door sounded. I opened the door and there was an Arabic maid in front of me. She's apparently very young. She was wearing a veil. Her onyx eyes sparkled as she examined my haft naked top body. I could not see her face, but I could tell from her body reaction that she nearly fainted.
 
“My apologies, my Lord.” She bent her knees and bowed. “I hope I'm not interrupting your . . . time. I was assigned by the one name Tricksie to be at your service.” She said with such a pretty feminine Arabic tone. I could not see her face , but those eyes of her were filled with trepidation.
 
“You must be a maid,” I said calmly.
 
I was a bit shy a slightly nervousness, having a female alone in my room. This was not the first. However, this is the first I ever had a maid servicing me. I had no idea how I should react of feel at the thought of that. The maid looked freaked out and perhaps I'm no different than her.
 
“May I come in?” She asked tenderly, but she remained frighten of my presence.
 
I nodded without saying anything as she brushed by me. The smell of her filled my nostrils. I glanced left and right in at both sides of the corridor before shutting the door. Unknowingly to my presence, a small human shadowy, silhouette dashed into my room without me noticing.
 
The maid prepared my bath. This was diffidently awkward. I took the time to look through the luggage. The first case had espionage tactical gear and outfit while the second case had a tuxedo. You left a note, stating that it was mandatory that I dress up for the H&E Banquet. Wow and banquet, the thought crossed my mind.
 
I never been to one before even when I was in high school. No wonder this safe zone is a five-star hotel. Suddenly the aroma of soap filled the entire room. I could feel the steam slammed against my face. She suddenly approached me. She was hesitant before her hands were reaching for my pants. Her complexion was very pale.
 
“What are you doing?” I asked very nervously as I sweat dropped, as I grabbed onto her hands. She was trembling .
 
She paused and and curiously looked into my eyes. She was startled and confused at the same time.
 
“My Lord. You don't want me to assists you?”
 
I frowned and sighed at the same time. I instantly facepalmed knowing that maids during the old ages were almost like slaves. This is the modern age. Now days, maids are not so post to be like that. They are employees while the so called “masters” are the employers.
 
“No. It's fine. I can take care of myself, so you do have to worry about such indecent things. I'm not one to take the initiative to forcefully inflict 'foreplay'. If such an event ever occurs, I will take responsibility. You will never be violated. That I can guarantee a 100%.”
 
The maid's face became bright red.
 
“If that may be it. I will not disturbed My Lord any further.” She bowed once again before leaving.
 
I sighed and scratched my itchy, beard chin. I was amaze that the bathtub was very spacious Jacuzzi room size. I did my business and nearly fallen asleep for half an hour until I felt bubbles splashing against my face. My eyes were wide open. Giant soap bubbles were everywhere. The steam was so dense like a fog that I could barely see five feet in front of me.
 
Suddenly, I felt a something in between my lap. Looking down, There was a young female toddler submerged with the surface of the water just above hear head. The little girl looked so demonic that we she snapped open her eyes and glanced up at me. I nearly screamed Bloody Mary.
 
I tried to get up and flee, but this child some holding me down with incredible force as she surfaced. She looked angry, but her expression became warm coaxing as she sneered. This pointed fox ears. This is the loli 9-tailed Kitsune that was over a thousand years that I met before.
 
“Do I scare you that much, little boy!” She teased.
 
My face became red with embarrassment. Despite the Kitsune being over a thousand years old—in the body of a four year old toddler—I do not know if I should laugh or cry when a four year old calls a man over 30 “little boy”.
