Edit: I think maybe when Sasuke returned during the Sakura Hidden Novel during that period of time he married and impregnated Sakura and then he leaves, then Sakura being pregnant decided to go looking for him and then thats when she ran into Karin who was traveling with Sasuke? So they all traveled together? Ugh kishi needs to give us a timeline with all the events that occured, it is getting confusing.

Seriously though, poor himawari she doesn't deserve that. First she gets little to no panel time like her mom, seems to be irrelevant to the whole story/plot, she is overshadowed by her brother Bolt who is a spoiled brat, and THEN she gets her cake thrown on the ground on her birthday. She has more reasons to be angry and rebellious than bolt at this point. lol

Also why do they keep showing Sasuke missing an arm and then in the trailer we see Sasuke rescuing Bolt and he clearly has two arms...

I also like how someone mentioned that Sarada was going to pull a sasuke and leave the village. She was just like ''well I guess I'mma just go be on my own now, live in the wilderness maybe become a rouge ninja do a little soul searching''

She is definitely Sasuke's daughter. 

Look I understand you guys are not happy with the direction the manga has taken but in an unbiased way of looking at it, it IS possible that Sasuke and Sakura could have formed a bond that has not been shown, I mean look at Naruhina they hardly had panel time and yet tadaaa married. (If you're just going to complain about how stupid that is because it's not shown then please don't respond because obviously this is the way Kishimoto has chosen to write his romance so lets leave it at that.)

SO, from what I can see Sasuke was there for Sarada when she was young due to the flashback where he is walking with her and Sakura holding hands, but probably a short visit or he up and left around when sarada was a toddler. 

OKAY SO HERE IS MY PREDICTION:

Sarada is actually an experiment created by Orochimaru by gathering dna from Sasuke and Karin wanting to create some uchiha/uzumaki hybrid and that explains how the onion boy and shin guy know about/ wanted to steal sarada because they know she possesses sharingan etc, and so when Sarada was born as a baby Sasuke found out about this and probably lashed at orochimaru for doing this and Karin wanted nothing to do with sarada even though it's her dna, so Sasuke ended up taking her and telling Sakura about this, Sakura being the kind person she is accepts Sarada as her and Sasuke's child and raises it and that's how the whole karin being the mother thing comes into play. (Also maybe the thing about Sakura not being able to have children is true or she had a miscarriage?)

OR

The whole Karin thing is a misunderstanding/red-herring, sasusaku was just being trolled and Karin is not the mother, Sakura is in fact the birth mom.

I mean, what kind of message would Kishimoto be giving out if SasuSaku became canon?

I'm trying so hard to like this couple , I really am but stupid drama like this makes me wonder why Kishimoto insists on writing Sasuke as this back and forth flimsy character who is good natured but still an as*hat, idk if kishi purposely has written Sasuke like that but it's so annoying lol. Anyways, going back to what you said, yeah sasusaku was never a couple to admire but why continue a bad message? What makes sasusaku fans admire this couple, even if Sakura is in fact married to sasuke now and she is Sarada's mother because she has raised her and loved her, if Karen was truly Sarada's mom that wouldn't erase the fact that Sasuke had relations with her while having a relationship with Sakura ? That's VERY messed up so...There HAS to be more to this than Karen just being the mother and Sasuke the father , I have a feeling Sarada could be an experiment, this would leave Sasuke in the clear of not having anything to do with Karen romantically/sexually but also have it so that Karen is the mother of Sarada only by dna.

Honestly there is no way Sasuke had a kid with Karin while being in a relationship with Sakura, left karin and took the child and then gave it to Sakura to raise it. Tbh people are saying sarada shouldn't feel this way because Sakura has cared for her for 12 years BUT sarada feels betrayed with the fact that she feels her mother has been lying to her this whole time( about actually being her mother and about her birth etc) AND also it doesn't help that her father has never been there for her, so I think her actions are justifiable. I don't blame her for getting so pissed. I would be pissed to. People also need to remember she's a pre-teen so of course she's going to be overly emotional and rebellious.

Obviously Sakura is the mother she was shown pregnant in the flashback, but what I don't understand is what happened to Karen. I think she is dead though, and ooooh resurrection of Akatsuki that can potentially be stronger than Kaguya. Well there you go Boruto, time to become even stronger than your father.

First of all, even though Kishimoto clearly wants us to think Sarada is like her parents she's actually so far been portrayed as different. Just because some of us like Sarada doesn't mean we have to like Sasusaku.

Some of us want to keep reading gaiden because we want to keep up with said character(s) .

Some of us 'quit' or don't want to be apart of any 'shipping' related fandom or the Naruto fandom in general because it seems like the majority of the Naruto fandom now a days only cares about shipping and it's tiring to be a part of a group of people who like something that you clearly don't want to be invested in anymore  (people talking about canon pairing couple all the time). Naruto has been apart of many peoples lives, and some of us still liked the overall story, just many people, including myself, disliked the ending and the final pairings. That's all there is to it. We don't hate the whole story. Because many fans are not pro-ending doesn't mean we can't still try to see where the story is heading now. 

She's not that strong. So she will lose even if she fight back and get kidnaped.

It's funny, because they're blaming us now, even if we're no longer a threat. Like that breaking up poll, for example. And these chapters with SS trolling happened because "we were salty and noisy, so Kishimoto didn't have a choice". 

are they still blaming the Narusaku fandom? lol why are they so fixated on blaming everything on them, narusaku pairing fandom shouldn't even be a concern or bother to them anymore, if they want to put the blame on people then it should be towards the anti's or people who hate the series, let the narusaku fans live in their fanon, jeez they aren't hurting anybody or pointing swords at the other fandoms face. 

And the breakup poll was not just narusaku fans, it was naruto fans plus people in general who didn't like naruhina and sasusaku together because of various reasons.

 

We shouldn't even care for the children, you know. Kishi -or SP- will destroy them as well. So just like NS, support the new generation crap is totally pointless.

The only thing I support in this new series is Salad, she's the only reason why i'm reading it. Other than that I don't really care about the others. As soon as I start to see her get destroyed i'm out though, i'm not going to stick around just to see another character that I like get spat on. 

Next chapter, perhaps salad will get kidnap and the enemy will explain his plan for some reason. Climax in chapter 8 & 9.

I hate the fact that the girls always have to be damsels in distress. I wanted Salad to fight her own battles not have to depend on Bolt saving her like Naruto did with Sakura all the time. Why doesn't Kishimoto try new developments instead of sticking with the same dynamics of part1 Naruto, this generation should be different not a carbon copy of the past. 

I can't believe Sasuke couldn't recognize his own daughter though. What an idiot. Both him and Naruto are dumb asses no wonder they are best friends.

HE didn't refer to her as ''sakura-chan'' just 'sakura', there is not meaning behind it even if he did call her that , it would be only for nostalgia purpose if he did happen to mention her as sakura-chan. Either way Naruto and Sakura having romantic feelings for each other are out of the realm of possibilty now, the both have families now, so it would be best to just let it go. Both Naruhina and Sasusaku suck but it's best to focus on the children now and their relationships, and not the 'old' pairing ships anymore because in the end it's futile and irrelevant to this upcoming story.
