I don't think kishimoto was a fan of naruto, himself. All of it was rushed, he caved in and made naruhina and sasusaku canon for money.
Horrible. Never gonna read any of his mangas from now on.
As crazy as it sounds, I still ship narusaku. Narusaku is the should have been ship. I can't stand naruhina and sasusaku. It felt like kishimoto caved and threw development out the window. What kind of writer does that? If naruhina does become canon, then I'll take a break from manga because this is enough. Surely, I'm not going to bother reading his other mangas. Screw that.
