There is nothing new in this volume. It's the latests chapters we got. I don't remember exactly which chapters it's covering, but I know it's the chapters wher Naruto tries to TNJ Obito.

Poor Tobi being subjected to the same treatment that indoctrinated Nagato. Obito is just so much less appealing personality-wise next to the nihilistic enigma that pulled the strings behind the scenes for much of the manga.
Naruto's design always seems to change between volumes.
