You mean in a non medical situation? Because she saw his bare (burned) chest that she healed in 297.
I don't think she'd blush bright red all over her face- ala seeing him wet and shirtless during the wind element training- she'd probably just have a light blush, eyes widened with interest, and an increased heart rate.

She'd remain composed; she has too much self-respect to let herself be so weak like that again. After years of drooling and fangirling over Sasuke, I think she'd rather be stronger then be a damsel-in-distress esque of girl who blushes at everything.

That reminds me, it's kind of interesting that Kishimoto has consciously avoided the shonen (and to a lesser degree) shoujo manga cliche scene whereupon Naruto would have accidentally seen Sakura coming out of the bath naked (although Kishimoto did have Naruto going to attempt to peep on Sakura naked until Yamato scared him by telling him how Tsunade reacted to catching Jiraiya peeping on her) In shoujo sometimes they flip the situation and the main girl sees her romantic interest naked accidentally or both accidentally see each other naked in a public bath. In shoujo such a scene can turn into something sexy and romantic- Basara, Genbu Kaiden, etc... In shonen it's basically fan service of the female character, usually with the girl reacting in a tsundere fashion, most often. I think Go Nagai was the originator of this trope in manga.

Oh I think she'd react almost certainly. Weve already established that Sakura has a bit of a perverted side. She catches a half naked Naruto at the right moment and bowchika wowow.

theres no lack of self esteem in showing a good healthy sexual interest in a boy you like. thats why Sakura wouldnt have any trouble having a nicely perverted look on her face catching a freshly showered Naruto or a Naruto coming shirtless out of a lake.
