In the filler episode 176 the real Naruto was about to punch the Hinata imposter but the Naruto imposter punched Naruto before he could. In this sig they show where he was about to punch her since he didn't get to they added the blood scene and that Chunnin exam premlinaries where she got beat up by Neji.

Aww.... Yeah, I noticed the parts from the chuunin exam. I would have liked it if he had punched the real Hinata but.. oh, well... :
