I saw the photo from a  tumblr post. It looks legit i don't know how anyone would fake it.

I still  prefer Ichigo's design over Naruto's Last Design and Epilogue design.

 

 

 

btw it's not gonna fix anything, but Bleach's Final Volume is gonna have 3 extra pages. Just thought I'd let everyone know.
