The biggest problem is putting in a training arc now and having it be believable and not be an ass-pull in itself.

You have to have a reason why the war just pauses long enough for a character to learn a technique. Then you have to give a time frame of how many chapters it will take for this to happen which I say no less than a month worth (Month our time) of chapters for it to be acceptable Then you got to show the whole training process of Sakura failing at it over and over again.

If you wanted, you could have Naruto trying to teach Sakura the summoning technique since he can do it now and have this secret training session that has romantic undertones every now and then.

Then you have to have more panels on why the bad guys aren't attacking them or not going through with their evil plans.

That would be pretty awesome...but if Kishi just wants to move forward without pissing people off (though what I'm about to say I believe did piss some people off anyway) he could always pull the Konahamaru Rasengan flashback...where in this case it's Sakura learning from Naruto/Tsunade how to summon

Perhaps they'll end up chasing Tobi to Soul Society, and decide to get some random training in while they're in the Precipice World. Of course, Naruto learning Final Rasengan would take precedence over Sakura's training, if that were the case.

Anyways, I wouldn't mind Sakura pulling out some random training revelation mid-fight, but a Katsuyu summon might be a little much. I think some version of Yin Seal release would be pretty cool, but Kishi would have to find some way to explain how she can do it with her limited chakra reserves. Maybe some new move that makes use of her expert chakra control? *shrug*
