Shinachiku started to wear a bandage on his nose soon after his birthday. Sakura knew he hadn’t injured himself, so she finally asked him why it was there.
Naruto quietly chuckled and snorted at Shina-chan’s reasoning, but Sakura quickly shut him down saying his fashion sense wasn’t any better.
(Btw you guys, fanfiction.net doesn’t have enough Shinachiku family fics. That needs to be remedied. People should post all their drabbles and stuff there toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. And if you need ideas, well, all these Shina pictures are plot bunnies. We must dominate the idea of Shinachiku.)

Anyway, Sakura is pretty close to giving birth, within a day or so. Sakura has finally taken her maternity leave and busies herself reading old books about herbs.
Meanwhile, Naruto is exhausted preparing for the new arrival and tries to take a nap with Shinachiku. Naruto can’t even manage to make sure Shinachiku actually goes to sleep before him, so Shinachiku ends up being curious about Sakura’s big belly again.
Sakura would normally scold him for not doing what he should be doing, but she can’t help but answer his curious little questions about the whole thing, and she answers them as well as she can without getting to deep into how it’s possible.
When the actual birthing comes around, Shina will probably stay with her parents until it’s all over.
