Home 7/10
I was really looking forward to this movie because I looove Dreamworks and I think representation is really important, but it just wasn't for me. I wasn't bad by any means, but animated movies are usually for all ages, and I found that this movie was more for kids. The character 'Oh' and the humour was sometimes annoying, and the premise wasn't too original. It gave me the Lilo&Stitch vibe at times, but not all the time. I think Rihanna gave a fine performance as a voice actor, but she sounds way too old and deep to play a little kid.
Inside out 9/10
I really don't mean to compare them likes this, but it's the two last movies I saw recently. But this movie was just excellent and the plot was original too. I think it's a movie for everyone.

Vacation.... 2/10. Not the 1983 Chevy Chase one. This is one is an obnixous version of the original. I thought the jokes weren't funny and the characters. The only one I liked besides Clark and Helen is that older son. The younger son is a more annoying obnxious version of Bolt. Do me a favor and don't see this piece of crap.

Good Movie but not as good as Skyfall was. Was a little too long for me, not enough Blofled and action scenes that Bond usually has. Love how it connected to the last three Craig Movies, though they kind of forget about Quantum.

Last Shift - 8/10
What appeared to be a crappy horror movie on Netflix with middling ratings ended up being surprisingly really good. Great pacing, great directing and acting, great atmosphere, and extremely unsettling. I honestly can't think of anything about it I didn't like (except for maybe one possible audio mistake, which is extremely minor). Very glad I chose to watch it, despite my doubts.

Brooklyn: 9/10
This isn't generally my type of movie, but I was intrigued by the trailer so I decided to go. It was a great decision. It was an engaging plot, extremely well acted, and very heartfelt and beautiful. A fantastic movie. Saoirse Ronan should be nominated for best actress.

Parasyte 2
5/10 for believable CGI, strong emotions in death scenes
-5/10 for leaving kana's whole character out of this movie. it makes shinichi's wrath less emotional when he grabbed the enemy's heart.. i understand it is due to time constraint but.. compared to #1, #2 left a lot of manga materials out (also they didn't show gatou's annihilating the yakuza)

I'm sure someone will chop my head off because of this, but I do have to do this.
Point Break - The original one from 1991.
Now I've seen people talking about the re-make from last year, saying that it's one of the worst movies ever, the original one was perfect. The characters from the first one were good, the camaraderie, the plot, etc. Basically loads of people are praising the original.
Thing is I have never seen the movie until today. And the only reason I saw it, was because of everyone praising it.
And oh boy do I regret it. This has to be one of the worst movies I have ever seen, it's easily in the top 10. The acting was God awful, the dialog was painful, the characters were boring, the amount of stupidity in this movie coming from it itself and the characters was just too much.
I just want to erase it from my head.
Double Thumbs Down.

Spectre
Its runtime is 148 minutes. That's 148 minutes too long.
It's the most boring and worst James Bond movie ever. Quantum of Solace is better. Yes I said it. Quantum of Solace is better.
Thumbs down.

The Revenant: 7/10
Very stunning in terms of visuals and production. DiCaprio, Hardy, and the rest of the class all did a superb job becoming their characters. But, like the directors last work (Birdman), the story was nowhere near as good as the production. It just never gripped me.

Demplition Man 9 out 10 I'm going to be honest here I watched this and other movies i'll post back in I think may. But Demoliton Man was really good Stallone was awesome and Snipes was freaking ball to watch and was an awesome villain better than anything Naruto has, I also agreed with the nostalgia critic how this movie is better now than back in the 90's and It's a MAN's movie I should have watched after that piece of kitten The Last movie.
Highlander 8 out 10 this one surprised me and Spoony was right about how good this was and the soundtrack with Queen was really good. The flashback got kind annoying at times but going through McCloud's back story was good. Sean Connery was great for the maybe 20 minutes he was on screen. Clancy Brown is what really surprised me cause that doesn't look like him back then, he was a great villain.

Bridge of Spies
I saw it without knowing a thing about it. Well that's partially a lie, I knew that Spielberg directed it. That's all I knew about the movie; I haven't even seen a trailer for it.
If you're tired of movies that espionage means blowing up stuff for no reason, and you would rather watch a movie about that subject from a different perspective. Then this is the movie for you. The movie relies on its dialog instead of blowing stuff up. The dialog is well written and it's well executed.
Thumbs up.

I actually liked the fact its relying on the actual espionage type of things without blowing kitten up, which never made much sense to me in the movies. Since I doubt spy's would get that far in the game if they kept blowing kitten up and would get caught. I knew a lot about the background of the case, as I am more into the spy games because it's cool to me. This story tells the story of the lawyer who represents General Able a Russian spy that we traded for two Americans during the height of the cold war. Also known as the Powers-Able incident. He was able too get our U2 pilot and an civilian economic student out from east Berlin at the height of the Cold War.Bridge of Spies
