Last Game is a shoujo manga made by Amano Shinobu. It's all about a rich young man named Yanagi Naoto who is always ranked no.1 in his class until one day, Kujou Mikoto transfered to Yanagi's class. Since then, Yanagi is always defeated against Kujou. Yanagi declared the last game. The one who falls in love and confessed their love first will lose the game.

Kujou's hesitance to fully fall for him is mainly due to him changing girlfriends, her virgin logic is to better stay friends so she won't lose Yanagi as his GFs often comes and go. if she became his girlfriend and they broke up then she'll lose him.

 

But the other fool, Yanagi, only gets GFs to cover up his feelings for Kujou.
