Jill is DEFINITELY a villain in the game, or may be undercover gathering data on Wesker. But it's likely the former.
The new 2009 trailer gives clues.

Been watching most of the cutscenes on Youtube.
XD. Might wait till this game drops price, but I already know a lot of stuff in the game.

My friend is going to buy it midnight on his way back from work, he asked for Friday off about 1 month ago so that Him and I can do the two player XD

According to Kotaku, there are several multiplayer modes.
An updated list of trophies for Resident Evil 5 on the Playstation 3 revealed five traditional shooter online multiplayer modes for the game.
The new modes listed are: Slayers, Survivors, Team Slayers, Team Survivors and Versus.

They aren't having a midnight release near my GameStop. I got a call on my cellphone saying "pick up Resident Evil 5 Friday morning" from some automated girl XD
Can't wait for it, my whole weekend will be dedicated to killing zombies!
