To be honest, I find the prospect of an explanation or comparison between Tsunade and Sakura's seals to be more interesting at the moment.

I honestly think it is because she is trying to convince herself that everything is fine even though on the inside she knows it's not.

 

Either way she will have to face the reality sooner or later and I am betting on sooner.

I personally would find it more reasonable if Sasuke did still have some dark intentions. Because  right now he seems ooc to me after all the antagonistic things he did. But if his development is real than I wouldn't mind. I would not make sense to me nor would I consider is Kishimoto's greatest moment in story development but I'd make my peace with it eventually.
