The thing is. RTN was advertised falsely! But even after that people kept going to see it! Knowing all that promotinal stuff was BS. It become so popular that it aired outside Japan!

 

 

Which means some of the pairings will change.

 

If they got by RTN. It would need Naruto as family person (probably with his own family this time), NS, emotional story, badass fights etc!

 

I said it in the past. But the only thing that can make Kishi, SJ, SP change their minds and rewrite, make AE is the lose of money!

 

People in Japan aren't that hooked on this PR stuff. Hinata's merchandise is not even seeling good! I doubt this movie will score in the box office more then RTN. I actuly expect the other way around. The Last will score much lees then RTN. Which means less money, and posabilty of part 3 being in danger!

 

Hinata's VA will not get people to read part 3!

You could be right, however the general audience that a shonen manga like Naruto attracts do not care for romance. Furthermore, the movie seems to be a romance movie first, with some action. I don't think it's to appealing for the main audience that Naruto attracts.

It will be hilarious if this movie flop. But I really really doubt it would happen.
This movie is a romance movie dealing with nh development.
I think the fact that the manga just end and this movie focus on romance will be sell point of this movie. If the movie fail, than nh & ss indeed kishi intention in my opinion because I believe that the poor reception of sakura confession is the turning point of pairing in naruto.
Just my opinion thought.

That's one of the reasons this movie will fail. The average Naruto reader/follower cares about the story, the plot, the messages more than the romance. And they care about Naruto. Not a side character that doesn't even have any relevance whatsoever.

Precisely. When you look at Road To Ninja it had NS moments in it but that wasn't the focus. It was about family. It showed how Naruto craved a family and now finally has one but in the end it's not exactly the way he wants it. And this was done from Sakura's perspective as well. She wanted to be left alone, she got her wish but just like Naruto she realized that wasn't what she actually wanted. She wanted her family back.

 

Judging from the marketing for this movie, it's nothing more than NH all the way. It's like the rest of the characters don't even matter, the plot is meaningless, the new villain no one cares about. And Hanabi is just forgotten. Not to mention that it seems the writer is re-writing the story just so he can excuse NH.

Yeah sorry but this movie is going to fail if this is really how the movie will go.

But she didn't like the end at all, she hated that Hinata got no developement and that Naruto suddenly loved her out of nothing. She would have prefered NS to happen even though she shipped NH; because a well-developed ship happening is way better than seeing yours get asspulled.

 

She thought NH looked ridiculous. I feel really bad for those fans, imagine NS happening horribly to the point of wishing it never happened :/ God bless we'll never see NS in a horrible chapter like 700

 

Most of people want something that makes sense and that fits the story even though the ship that happens isn't what they prefer, not everyone has shipping goggles, Naruto is a shonen, they can't seriously make the last Naruto movie all about romance, this is like a death wish!

I was refering to some people saying fans will like the movie anyway because it's Naruto and that the SP marketing is working.

Once the people who'll watch the movie tomorrow spread the infos on the internet and in Japan (if the movie really only revolves around NH all along) non-shipper fans outside NH/SS will not watch it.

 

They should never have organized an early screening, it will be like a tracking < ? Few people see the movie and tell others wether they'd like it or not, if it's all about NH, most of the fans won't because it's a shonen and they don't care. Nana Mizuki or not.
