1 (x6) + 4 = 10
2 (x6) + 8 = 20
3 (x6) + 12 = 30
4 (x6) + 16 = 40
6 + 4 = 10
12 + 8 = 20
18 + 12 = 30
24 + 16 = 40

OK, this one can be solved by using the following:
The equation at the moment is: X + X = ?
But to solve this riddle, you have to multiply the sum by the very number, which would make the formula like this: X(X+X) = ?
Here's how it works: X = 1, right?
1(1+1) = ?
1(2) = 2
Now apply to the others:
x=2
2(2+2)=8
x=3
3(3+3)=18
x=7
7(7+7)=?
2(4) = 8
3(6) = 18
7(14) = 98
So the answer is 98. Let me know if I got it correctly.
OK, let me see if I remember this one correctly:
Four friends (Leia, Linda, Luke and Louis) are accusing one another over who stole the money they had saved together and have caught themselves up in a 4-man standoff. Here are their statements:
Leia: Luke stole the money
Linda: Leia stole the money
Luke: Leia is lying
Louis: I didn't steal the money
Now then, only one of the is telling the truth while the other three are lying. If you find out the culprit, then you'll save the other three. If not, then no one will be saved XD. Use this information to find out who is the culprit.

(1+1)x 1=2
(2+2)x 2=8
(3+3)x 3=18
so
(7+7)x 7= 98
EDIT: DAMN IT SHADOW

Anyway, James is right. Let's look at the statements to explain why. First, let's find out who speaks the truth. We have to make sure that only one of the is telling the truth. If we are to believe any of the others, then this would create a paradox since more then one people would be telling the truth. However, let's see what happens when we believe Luke:
Leia: Luke stole the money (Lies)
Linda: Leia stole the money (Lies)
Luke: Leia is lying (Truth, because Leia is indeed lying)
Louis: I didn't steal the money. (Lies)
And with this we have found our culprit. Nicely done James.
Well then, why not post a riddle James?

okey ouey may be its not that easy . so . here if you make 11 1/9 to a compound fraction then you ll find it as 100/9, second 100/8 third 100/7 like that the "?" will be 100/5 but 100/5 = 20 isnt it? so if any one got some interesting question or not. if not i ll ask one more!
