So far that i have played through Brink is a beauitful game even though the Characters look like disfigured puppets at times. The parkour or Free running is on a system that makes it so you dont have to "Press X to hurl over the wall" or "Press x to Not Die" - With your sprinting you are able to keep moving.

In Brink, two factions, Resistance and Security, battle in a once-utopian city called The Ark, a floating city above the waters of a flooded Earth.

The Apperance changes Look fantastic as well as cool looking. Both sets of them look the part of that group.

So anyone else tried this game yet?
THoughts, Ideas - opinions questions - Just lets see how many like or hate the game.. or those who havent even heard of it.

I've been pretty excited for this game but my funds are low and I've heard it's not as good as expected so I probably won't end up getting it, at least not until the price drops.

Edit: Playing it right now. Don't listen to the reviews, this game is fun. Would be more fun if PSN was working. The AI is dumb, but they're going to patch that soon. And the parkour system is awesome, no more walls blocking your face, hop over it and continue shooting. Got a rail in front of you? Slide underneath.

The only gripes right now, is that the AI is dumb no matter what difficulty. They just eat up bullets. And sometimes the parkour is buggy, certain objects don't climb. Other than that, awesome.

Cloud - What difficulty are you playing on?

Btw - Me and A friend played online and the LAG is a killer and a turn off but They are patching that soon. PSN is lucky to be down right now b/c if most PS3 owners played they would be pissed at the lag. So Hoping that you guys cant play until the patch. Sorry but to save the game from the haters of lag, you must wait LOL

I picked it up today, it's freakin' awesome. It's very TF2-esque, but there's more customization involved. I think the healing system is a bit strange, but at the same time it also makes sense.

I really enjoy this game cause it's different and it's fun! And a big part of this game is teamwork. It annoys me when reviews put down a solid game like this cause it's different or it just isn't CoD. I like CoD but I'm having a lot more fun with this game right now.

I'm sorry! I've been busy and I'm still trying to beat New Vegas and Crysis 2! I'll buy it as soon as I can *mumble* plus my dad's still in Florida and my sister's spending a billion dollars for prom. I'll ask my mom today, pinkey swear!

Update: My mom said she'll buy it for me next Saturday or have my old man buy it Friday.

Honestly man, the game blows hardcore. The single player is dull, the lack of a real campaign is a letdown. The gameplay is repetitive and has no real depth. The only thing I like is the SMART system, but that's it. Also, any lag at all makes it completely unplayable.

I'm trading this in for RDR.

I've had a few games with some bad lag, but otherwise, it was all smooth. You're right about the repetition, but even COD gets boring after a while. There's some free DLC and a patch coming in a few weeks, but I guess not everyone likes it.
