The good thing about this new project is that Yahagi's back on board as his editor, and not some green-ass newbie. Hopefully he can help Kishi find the magic he once lost with Nardo.

I'm willing to go out of my way to check out the first chapter just to see what's up. 

 

 

After learning Yahagi was his first editor and mainly responsible for everything All of Part 1 and The First Half of Part 2, I thought to myself if they stick together all together to the end you can have at the very least a good to great series cause that's a good way to describe to the Beginning of Naruto all the way to the Pain Arc. 

 

 

Since Yahagi is involved (kinda) I'll keep my eye on it and do a little live reaction on it.

Kishi never said he would retire, that was a false translation spread around. He said he's taking a break before coneing back to a monthly series. He said he's done with weekly because he tends to forget parts of a plot a lot, and their was too many expectations. Pretty much a monthly manga means he gets to take his time.

And with Yahagi backing him, it may just end up being better than Nardo. If I'm correct, Yahagi is currently the editor-in-chief at Jump Square (or was it Ultra Jump? Don't remember). With the top dog in the mgazine's editorial department, Kishi will enjoy full editorial support from the staff.

Guess so and I hope he realizes how much he ruined his prestige by giving up on Naruto and letting someone else take the helm and giving us that kitten ending. I HOPE no one reads this series.

Yahagi is editor In chief of jump square.

I think he only ask for consultantion with yahagi. If he already make a work, he will get another editor.

Anyway, his hero and or heroine would be model after naruto and sakura.

Most likely, yeah.

Typically, the editor in chief's job is to decide which gets serialized, and how each series is ranked that week. And each series has their own editors to guide how the series will go. But given Yahagi's history with Kishi, this duo might be an exception where the E-i-C is personally involved with a series.

Man why would Yahagi even want to work with Kishi after all he did to Naruto after he left, me I would tell Yahagi not to even bother working with a man like Kishi who is a woman hatter or at the very least thinks very lowly of them.

 

Plus I would tell him to just do his own manga and let Kishi crash and burn, not like he will be remembered after all like many other writers that have passed away, they will always be remembered for the stories that they made.

Why yahagi want to work with kishi?
Because it's his job.

Kishi was the mangaka of Naruto while Yahagi was his first editor and the one he worked with the longest. An important thing to remember is that yahagi was just the editors. His job and they both seem to admit is that while he may have given a lot of advice that affected the direction Naruto story went as well as its pacing. It was still kishi's job to actually write it while yahagi's was to be the filter that decided what went into the manga. Naruto's collapsed slowly over time due to conflict with the new editors and the constant changing of editors among other problems. It did not collapse immediately in on itself once yahagi left.

 

Why would Yahagi hate Kishimoto for the ending? He worked with kishi for around ten years, and one of the people that help make both kishi and Naruto the mangaka and manga it was before the ending. He probably was one of the first people to understand why the ending happen the way it did, even if he didn't stay in contact with kishi. Him getting kishi in his magazine also if true becoming his editor again. Was to most likely get kishi back on his feet again and become the mangaka who created a manga the once was the rival of One Piece once again.
