Also, i'm not sure if this is the right place, but has anyone made the casual connection to how most male NH fans started that way simply because they want to kitten Hinata, and have some serious sexist tendencies when they discuss Sakura?  

Not at all. That  line of discussion has been brought up several times throughout the years here.

That's pretty much our second most frequent topic. Other then why did it happen.

 

My stance they like her because she is easy. What effort did Naruto have to do to get her eternal devotion? Nothing, she was introduce, as far as most people are concern, as that. She is a super hot, super rich woman that is absolutly devoted to you, never question you, always does want you want, always appreciate anything you do for her even if its nothing at all and so on.

That to me is just the stupidest part regarding Hinata and how she was like that when really, it was about her making herself feel better by using Naruto's own attitude to latch onto because she lacked the courage to be able to be more confident, which doesn't help with Hiashi likely lashing out at her not just because of her not being strong enough as an heir, BUT also his bitterness at Hizashi's death, even if he had his share of the blame for that given how he treated his own brother just to assert superiority. He wasn't a monster, just a man stuck in a role that required certain things upheld.

 

Why does everyone forget about him bowing to Neji in apology while he is reading his father's last testament? you all have watch anime right? Don't you know the Dogeza bow is one of the most humbling/embarrassing/humiliating acts one can do in Japanese culture?

(not to mention a sort of revenge tactic on Neji because someone in Studio Pierrot was pissed off that Neji accidently touched Hinata's boobs in a filler!)

Oh, I remember it, Bail, I just was referring to before that in the Chunin Exams when he began to see how his actions had consequences too, even with Hizashi choosing to die to actually make a choice of his own.

Which is serious BS, especially since his sacrifice would five Hiashi proper closure for his failures as a father and as the head of the Hyuga clan, and allow them to really change.

Story-wise only Hinata worked to make it satisfying since we don't have a connection to Hanabi. Which means she can't get with Naruto. With him dead, the Hyuuga plot dies with him -because that plot is HIS story- freeing Hinata to be with Naruto and removing the awkward part of the story where Hinata is a slave owner.

NH fans wanted to vicariously kitten Hinata- That's basically the gist of it, if they were not of the other camp, the one that hated Sakura for not returning Naruto's feelings instantly because she is the love interest and Naruto was the poor emotionally and socially abused orphan. The desire to see Naruto get together with Hinata stems from the fantasy that Hinata is a rich heiress, despite being disowned practically, is demure and submissive and won't say no to Naruto so everyone that over sympathizes with his circumstances either want that for him or see themselves getting married to a rich lady that will spread her legs for them on command. All of the "she always loved Naruto" arguments are the pinnacle of that mentality. The hate comments you see against Sakura are that "she never loved Naruto and doesn't deserve him", so that is self explanatory. They want Naruto to get together with Hinata so he (or rather they) could rub it in Sakura's face later, nothing more nothing less, and watch Sakura cry as Naruto would not take her and instead show he's happy with his "true love"
 
Sexist tendencies when discussing Sakura- Boooy, I wish it was that simple. It is not only sexist views on Sakura that you see, she is EXEMPT from anything positive with the series from her most rabid haters, for daring not to return the poor neglected orphan's love from their childhood days. It doesn't even matter if she was changing her mind about him, or showed signs of falling in love with the real him, she will always be the she-devil that broke Naruto's heart. This also extends the her development as a character and as a ninja, none of it will ever be acknowledged by her haters and detractors when they go gaga over how everyone else has grown as characters, Sakura will still remain the useless heart breaker she was in chapter/episode 3. I wish I was exaggerating, but evidence points to the contrary.
 
In short NH fanatics and Sakura haters have a single minded focus on their opinions, but those opinions are shaped by various factors that they won't let go of, and do not want to admit have changed ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Which again, has nothing to do with sexism. It is literally Sakura versus everyone else. If you apply that logic to Hinata, she WILL be defended by arguments such as, “she emotionally supports Naruto with her love and that’s what counts". She realigned a dislocated Shoulder for Naruto, and that is apparently the greatest display of medical expertise ever seen and she is a hidden prodigy medic. If Sakura does the same though, it is treated as " useless thot was just doing her job, don’t make a big deal put of it." Again, not exaggerating here.
