What popular console games you actully don't like at all?
Here's an example of popular games:
Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario Bros., etc. etc. etc. (Just an example that doesn't mean I don't like them.)

Grand Theft Auto Anything...
Resident Evil anything... heck, zombie games in general.
Soul Caliber IV (HORRIBLE addition to a once great franchise)

I know there aren't many console games in the genre but I dislike all MMOs.

As for me, I never really liked World of Warcraft, but I figure that's because of its fanbase much rather then the game itself (though I got bored after a week or so after playing the game).

Probably along the same lines why all of you guys don't like World of Warcraft. Granted that's not a console game, so it really shouldn't be mentioned here. ^^

Most FPS games, although there's a really good reason for that. If the framerate's too smooth (say, anything faster than Halo 2) I get dizzy. Just watching someone play Bioshock on a big screen TV for for a minute made me have to lay down for half an hour or so, it gave me such a headache.

I don't know that it really applies, but I hated Assassins Creed.
I also am not a fan of FPS. I want to be, but I guess I get motion sickness easily. For whatever reason those games really do me in. I did like Fall Out 3 allot though. I think it was cause of the RPG element and the fact that there were some missions that didn't involve it being a FPS so much.
Then there is fighting games. My dislike for them really only stems from me being terrible at them though. I guess this kind of got off topic since it was about specific games and not genres though. If I had to point to specific examples within the genres though I would go for The Halo games and Street Fighters games.

Super Smash Brothers Series. I f**cking hate that s**t! I played it with my friends for ten minutes and we turned it off to play Street Fighter IV and Virtua Figher 5. AKA much better fighting games!
