I didn't believe it at first, but it's a legit article, and being reported all over the place now.

  • Interests:My interests? Well, I do enjoy most manga and anime, but I think that's a given. I also enjoy comic books and videogames, so I guess I'm kinda geeky there. But hey, I do other stuff. I like to go out and party, but I do not like drinks served in a femvase (damn fruity stuff... ew), so good ol' beer is my mate. So yeah, I'm also a psychology student, so your mind interests me.

I would care alot more if I was going, but... I'm not. I try to find as many articles and vids from E3 each year, but to be perfectly honest I always look more forward to TGS. E3 used to be huge, but it's just not the same anymore... hasn't been for years and years (even before the retarded choices they made, moving the convention and removing the girls).

No guys, TGS is where it's at!

I must attend one E3 and one TGS before I'm too old. XD
But aside from that, E3 is where they usually announce big titles.

I'm waiting for my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 announcement.

I'm more interested in PAX, especially since they're going to have on on the East Coast this year.

Why does everything gaming related have to be on the West Coast. Whats the draw? The only thing we have here is Bethesda Softworks, located down the street from where I live. Literally.

COd: Modern Warfare 2! That would make my year to hear about that LOL

Anyways - E3 has gone down...it is sad but at least they are trying to get it back to its prime

Because LA has the largest convention center I believe. Also it's the closest to all the gaming companies that sit in Seattle, Dallas, LA, SF, and so on.

EDIT: Ahhh SNAP! I failed to read Mik3's comment. facepalm.png

Yeah, I didn't so much mean why is E3 in particular in LA... that I can mostly understand. I'm curious as to why so many game production companies are all in or around that area. There are very few companies of note outside California, and of those in the US, the only real stand outs are... well, none. I only know of Bethesda because it's down the street from where I live (Rockville, MD), and Troika used to be here. That's it.

Or maybe I just haven't paid enough attention.
