What kind of woman do you think Mito was? I want to say that she was sweet, but short tempered. I'm saying this for 2 reasons. One, Kishimoto loves his parallels. Two, she was very sweet acting when we saw her with Kushina. She had to be short tempered to keep her big goofball husband from messing up the entire village. Only way she didn't have to do it was if his brother kept him in line for her.

I want to believe that it's the other. But Kishi is the type of lazy writer that loves to copy/paste personalities just for some parallel. I mean, just look at Kushina, she's a prime example. I hope she's completely different from Sakura and not made into Sakura v3.

I'm gonna go with she was mature and smart but likely had a temper along with Sakura and Kushina

 

After all we all thought Hashirama was calm and composed then orochimaru brought him back from the dead for the war and turns out he was exactly like Naruto

 

If you look at any of the early chapters and see portraits of Minato he looks a "stay out of my way" type person with a serious and angry expression but turns out he's quite possibly one of the most polite characters in the series.

What you just said sounded a lot like "sweet, short tempered." Yeah she was calm and laid back, but with her tendencies she wasn't all sweet.

If you make the 4 men like each other, why not make the 4th woman like the other 3 women?

that's why I didn't vote "sweet and short-tempered"...she looks like the Sasuke type...blunt loll and somewhat liked Sakura when she's annoyed..there's nothing really too sweet about that..maybe she was a little sweet, but not too sweet, and also very matured

Anyway, from my impressions she seemed like an esteemed woman, calm and polite but compassionate when the time called for it, especially when it came to people she was close to (in familial ties or otherwise). She had a dignified air about her and could be intimidating if she wanted to be (not in an angry sort of way, but like calmly, if you understand what I'm trying to say).

I would hope she wasn't like Kushina and Sakura. That would be too much.
