I have a problem. When I went to www.fanfiction.net, a page appeared saying that my 'license' has expired on the proxy, and I need a new one. I don't know what happened and why. Just this morning, I was reading FanFiction, then when I came back to read another one, this had appeared. I'm currently using Google Chrome, so I also checked Internet Explorer, and the same thing had happened.
If anyone can tell me why this is so, it would be very helpful. Thanks.

You've either got some kind of pop-up blocker that's blocking information, or spyware that's playing havoc with your internet browsers.
Do a spyware/malware check and see if that fixes the problem. Reboot and try checking the site again.
