I'm inclined to agree with the above poster. The probability of Kishi elaborating on Sakura's fighting prowess any further than what he has already shown in #632 is slim. He's already established a set goal and definable path for where he's going to direct the manga next. First it was the reemergence of Sakura and the Rookies (they're placed together, yes) who had been neglected for so many chapters. Chapters #632 and 633 were Kishi's attempts to expiate for his lacklustre handling of their characters throughout all of P2 (in one way or another). Next it was the emphasis on Tobi's ascendancy to jinchuuriki of the Jubi which had made him into a demigod of sorts. That laid the groundwork for Minato's subplot relating to his team and family to take centre stage so his personal conflicts may be resolved. And currently the focus is familial bonds as well as the climax of this battle.
Sakura's place in this equation accommodates the Alliance as well. Whatever befalls them or whatever course of action they choose to take, you can rest assured that she will be thrown in beside the Rookies and other shinobi. It's the result of Kishi's handling of her character since returning her to medical duties in #634.
Sakura has a genjutsu affinity, I highly doubt she has genjutsu techniques herself.
Well, Katuyu's ability is directly correlated with the power of 百豪, now I think it only makes sense that it is the seal that it was talking about. Katuyu had a hard time healing Tsuna because her seal was gone. So Katsuyu's power is because of an amount of chakra? I don't really understand this part until there is more information.
Thinking about it, the reason why Tsunade uses some chakra to make herself look younger is because the side effects of using Sozo Saisei and Byakugou no jutsu make her look a lot older that 50+. I actually wonder if the same thing happened to Mito, since we've seen her old (well, could have been just old age). Well...Sozo Saisei and Byakugou jutsu is definitely in the realm of Sakura's abilities (whether you argue that she's learned it or not, the seal is designed for those techniqies), I just can't see her using it without nullifying this side effect in some way, maybe through the slugs. Sakura can still bring in her own abilities too, I mean the seal is a chakra bank, who is to say she can't use that chakra differently than Tsunade.
Even if Sakura discovered a way to bypass the drawbacks of Byakugou that would only prevent her life expectancy from plummeting to sub par levels. It doesn't address the flaws in her fighting style or physical stats. She's still susceptible to the same blunders and injuries that afflicted her before developing the Yin Seal.
Sakura could rush headlong into battle and that would only guarantee her an immediate death if Naruto or the Kages are unable to rescue her in time. You should understand that genjutsu is useless against the Sharingan. It's just the way how Kishi has perched it on a pedestal above any generic abilities or jutsu. This hypothetical genjutsu would be dispelled as easily as Ino's mind transfer. Why, you ask? It's because of the Sharingan's deification.
Not that genjutsu is really a possibility for Sakura. Like the above poster mentioned, Kishi discarded that potential so he could develop her into Tsunade-lite at the end of P1. Her method of surpassing Tsunade is somewhat predictable actually. It'll come in the form of her polishing Tsunade's jutsu (similar to Naruto mastering an ability that Jiraiya couldn't) and increasing her physical strength to even more absurd levels whilst maintaining her advantage of youth.
Despite what some people may argue, there isn't any explicable methods for Sakura acquiring jutsu unique to herself. Her only known teachers were Kakashi (who was terribly neglectful), Tsunade, and Shizune. Apparently Sakura was instructed on how to create poisons off-screen but what else could she learn that's feasible? Ranshinshou? Poison mist? That needle launcher Shizune has concealed on her arm?
There aren't too many possibilities left.
